Jason Evans joined Utah Valley Dermatology as a full-time Physician Assistant in the summer of 2013. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University and attended Physician Assistant school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He graduated with a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies with an emphasis in Dermatology.

Jason is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He is also a fellow member of various professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Utah Academy of Physician Assistants, and is a Diplomate within the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.  He has been a speaker at conferences for the Utah Academy of Physician Assistants, instructing other Physician Assistants on common dermatology conditions. 

Jason is also teaching dermatology at Utah Valley University as adjunct faculty at their Physician Assistant program.

Jason enjoys working with patients to help them understand their condition and treatment options. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his young family and spending time outdoors.  According to his wife, Jason has too many hobbies, some of which include: running, disc golf, playing guitar, BBQing, and following BYU sports and the Utah Jazz.
