Dr. Michael Bryan is a board-certified dermatologist who brings his many years of clinical practice experience to Utah Valley Dermatology. He was raised in northern California and graduated from Brigham Young University. After graduation, Dr Bryan completed all of his medical training through the United States Air Force. He attended medical school in Bethesda, Maryland at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed his residency in dermatology in Texas at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. He finished his Air Force career with assignments as chief of dermatology at Landstuhl Medical Center in Germany and at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas. For the past nearly 19 years, Dr. Bryan has been practicing in Las Vegas and has been voted a “top doctor” in dermatology by his medical peers for the past 10 years running. He enjoys all aspects of clinical dermatology and especially finds great satisfaction in assisting patients resolve their skin, hair , and nail concerns. Additionally, Dr. Bryan has performed more than 3600 Mohs micrographic surgeries for skin cancers. After more than 25 years in dermatology, he still feels grateful to dedicate himself to something he loves each day.

Dr Bryan met and married Sandra Valencia while at Brigham Young University and they are the parents of 3 children and grandparents of 5 grandchildren (so far), including a set of triplets! Time with family is the great joy of their lives and the move to Utah County was prompted by wanting to be closer to their children and grandchildren, who have all put down roots in Utah.

Having served a 2-year mission to Mexico and Guatemala, Dr. Bryan is fluent in Spanish and has traveled extensively in Latin America over the last 14 years including 18 trips to central America on medical humanitarian missions. He enjoys woodworking, e-biking, watching sports, and any day with his wife and grandchildren.
