What is Microneedling? :
A handheld device with microneedles penetrates the skin’s surface, triggering a natural immune response to disinfect, remove debris, increase blood flow, and activate the creation of new tissues. The micro-channels or tiny holes created are rebuilt with new granulation cells, including collagen proteins. What can I expect with microneedling?:
Microneedling is a 30-minute treatment performed by a master aesthetician. A local numbing cream is used for a more comfortable treatment. Expect the treated areas will be red and warm for 2-5 days. For 24 hours post-treatment, use a hyaluronic acid, barrier cream, and mild cleanser. Avoid using makeup, sun exposure, swimming, or hot tubes for the first 24 – 48 hours.
