V Beam Laser Treatment
The V beam Laser is the most effective type laser for the treatment of various skin conditions. Vbeam laser for Rosacea, especially, is impressively effective. Other conditions that show remarkable results from the use of this laser are facial veins and stretch marks. It is also a great option for correcting scars such as erythematous scars (pink or red scars that follow the line of trauma), hypertrophic scars (raised scars that stays within the boundaries of the original wound), or keloidal scars (raised scars that may grow larger than the original wound). The V beam stimulates collagen production in the deep layers of your skin and is very effective in reviving the skin and decreasing pore size.
What Is V Beam Laser Treatment
The advanced pulse dye laser technology of the V Beam Laser treatment offers our patients a facial rejuvenation option that softens and smooths skin safely. With this skin resurfacing laser technique, laser light is used to carefully remove damaged skin cells while leaving surrounding healthy tissue intact. The V Beam laser is so precise that only unhealthy skin cells are affected and treated, leaving healthy tissue untouched. V Beam Laser is useful for treating a wide variety of skin blemishes including vascular lesions, spider veins, red birthmarks, hypertrophic scars, rosacea, warts, and normalizing healing incision lines.
Laser Skin Treatment Procedure
The effects of V Beam are permanent, making it rather unique among skin treatment options. Nevertheless, depending on the depth and size of your skin abnormalities, you may require a series of sessions. Start with a single V Beam session and then schedule additional treatments as needed and recommended by your doctor. Duration of the procedure itself ranges at 30 minutes to an hour on average.

Recovery & Results From V Beam Laser Treatment
The V-beam laser is a non-ablative laser, making it safe from any infections and complications. Because it does not remove a layer of skin, the recovery time is shorter than with other (ablative) laser treatments. After the procedure, it is normal for the treated skin to be red for up to a day. The skin may also be tender, similar to a mild sunburn. You will see the results of this treatment within several weeks of your laser treatment session.
