Insurance and Billing

We accept most major insurances, but it is best to call your insurance to check if we are covered. You can learn more here.

Appointment Preparation

You will fill out an ipad with medical history and a medical assistant will take a profile picture of you. The medical assistant will ask about the reason for your visit, and then the provider will come in and help you.

It will typically take 30 minutes, but it depends on what the appointment is for.

Please provide any family or personal medical history involving the skin. Also, provide if you are taking any important medications.

We prefer you not to, but if you do we can always give you a makeup wipe or the provider will alcohol swab specific spots.

Medications and Prescriptions

Yes, we are authorized to prescribe medication.

First, check with the pharmacy if you have any remaining refills to pick up. If the pharmacy says no, check if it’s been a year since your last visit with us. If it has been over a year, make an appointment to see us. If it has been under a year, call the office to speak with a medical assistant and they will help you.

It depends. You can ask the provider if there is an over-the-counter alternative, but typically, the prescription is better.
