Get Ready for Your First Appointment
Hooray! You’ve scheduled your first appointment! Here’s what you can expect when you come to Utah Valley Dermatology & Medical Spa for the first time:
- We’ll start by getting you checked in and verified. Please bring a valid ID and your insurance card with you.
- Then you’ll fill out a form on one of our iPads explaining your medical history.
- One of our awesome medical assistants will take your picture.
- Next, you and the assistant will go over your concerns and the reason for visiting.
- A provider will be with you soon after to evaluate your needs and make a personalized treatment plan for your skin.
We do all we can to help you feel happy and comfortable throughout your visit, whether it’s your first or one-hundredth appointment, so don’t hesitate to ask questions and let us know what we can do to help. Kindness, respect, and personalized care are always our promise to you.
