Is there a sign up fee?
No sign up free required! We just take your first month’s payment and then you can get started immediately with your membership. No hidden fees or credit checks.
Do you accept Care Credit for memberships?
Of course! We accept Care Credit and all other major credit/debit cards.
What if I want/need to cancel?
You are free to cancel anytime, but you must give us a written 30 days notice. You’ll need to stop by our office to fill out a Cancellation Form.
Can I pay in full for a discounted rate?
Absolutely! Call our office for our Paid In Full discounted rate.
When does my monthly payment get withdrawn?
Your payment is withdrawn on the same day of the month of which you signed up. If the date falls on a weekend, it will be withdrawn the following Monday.
What if I am unable to book my treatment for that month?
Right now, we aren’t allowing treatments to be credited or accrued to an account so it would be in your best interest to get in to see us.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
Yes, you’ll need to let us know before your next payment is withdrawn and the benefits will start following that payment.
What if I want to renew my membership?
Easy! You’ll just need to sign a new contract and update your payment information.
